Delivery Information

Shipping & Returns information:
Your delivery process will vary, based on the level of service included with your purchase. Please note that the price of an item includes shipping the item from the United States to Trinidad, Duties and local charges. However, the price does not include; delivery to the customer.
There are 3 options for delivery:
1. Option 1 – Pick up at Mega Traders store in San Fernando – No Delivery charges for this option.
2. Option 2 - Standard delivery determined by the size and weight of the item. Standard delivery charge is shown with each item.
3. Option 3: Free Delivery on orders over $1500.00.


Note: STANDARD DELIVERY includes:

  • Delivery to: Inside the threshold of your residence. If you live in a home with a garage, the product will be left in your garage. If you do not have a garage, the product will be left in your front entrance. The product will not be carried up stairs. If you live in an apartment above the first floor of a building, we recommend upgrading to Gold or Platinum.
  • Assembly Service: None
  • Packaging: The product will be left in the original packaging.


    WHITE GLOVE GOLD & PLATINUM provides in-home delivery and assembly. Our qualified delivery specialists will exercise due care at all times while in transit, on your property or residence. Upon delivery, the shipping company will safely bring your merchandise into your residence, unpack it and set it up in the room of your choice leaving no debris or packaging materials behind.



    White Glove Gold includes the following:
    Delivery to: Inside your residence to the room you choose. This includes carrying the product up two flights of stairs from the building threshold (4-15 steps = 1 flight). If you need the product moved up additional flights, please contact us*.

  • Assembly Service:The White Glove Associate will unpack the product and provide up to 15 minutes of basic setup that requires no tools (i.e. set pieces next to each other, or on top of each other).
  • Packaging: The Associate will remove and dispose of all packaging.


    White Glove Platinum

  • Delivery to: Inside your residence to the room you choose. This includes carrying the product up two flights of stairs from the building threshold (4-15 steps = 1 flight). If you need the product moved up additional flights, please contact us*.
  • Assembly Service: The shipper will unpack the product and provide up to 30 minutes of light setup that requires basic tools (i.e. pieces will be screwed or bolted together, set pieces next to each other, or on top of each other).
  • Packaging: The Associate will remove and dispose of all packaging.


    *Setup services DO NOT include any electrical, plumbing or component hookups. Having items carried up more than 30 steps and/or longer assembly times are available as additional services which would require additional charges. Please contact us if you feel you need these services.

    Most items ship within 4-6 weeks after the order date.


    Schedule your appointment.

  • Once your order arrives in San Fernando, Trinidad, a representative from Amazing Buys TT will call you to arrange a 4 hour window for delivery. If you are absent during the 4 hour window, the delivery person will not leave the item. However, you will have to pay a new delivery charge.
  • Please verify your address and contact phone number when the representative calls you. Please make sure that the information you provided with your order is correct. If any information on your receipt appears to be incorrect, please contact us immediately by calling Customer Care at 868-652-4438.
  • Please note that delivery time will vary based on the availability of trucks going into your area. Once the delivery truck arrives in your local area, the driver will call you to confirm your appointment.
  • Delivery Receipt.

  • Please open the carton in front of the driver.

  • Please carefully inspect your merchandise and confirm that you have received all items specified on the truck delivery receipt. You will be required to sign a Proof of Delivery receipt.

  • Please inspect the merchandise thoroughly prior to the delivery agents departure.


  • Report Damage. If any merchandise appears to be damaged in any way, please make sure to note this on your receipt and notify us immediately. If possible, please take photos of the damaged merchandise and email them to [email protected] .This ensures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to resolve the problem.
  • If damage is not noted upon delivery, your claim may not be fully honored. Please notify us immediately at 868-652-4438 or at [email protected].
  • Replacement piece(s) may take as long as the original merchandise to arrive at your home. If you decide to keep an item(s) to repair rather than refusing the merchandise, Amazing Buys TT does not reimburse you for time spent or material used to make the repair.
  • By signing the delivery receipt you are accepting that the merchandise was delivered to you in good condition and waive your right to a return/refund based on delivery damage.


    Returns and Damage

    Return Policy

    Is the item you received not what you expected? Did it not fit as well as you hoped in your space or match your décor? Whatever the reason, you wont be stuck with an item you cannot use or that you do not want. We are proud to offer one of the best return policies in the online business. You may return your purchase for any reason within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price excluding our shipping and handling costs. All of our products are offered with shipping, so please be aware that if you return one of these products, our actual outbound shipping costs from the United States to Trinidad will be deducted from your return refund. In addition, all of our items carry a restocking fee of 20 percent which will be deducted from your refund should you wish to make a return or exchange. Custom-made and personalized items cannot be cancelled or returned.

    Please keep in mind that once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you refuse an order, it will then fall under our standard return policy, where roundtrip shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Any upgraded shipping costs will not be refunded.

    All returned products must be in original condition and packaging; otherwise, additional charges may be applied. Unfortunately, we cannot take returns of products that have been assembled or modified. Additionally, certain products cannot be returned because neither we nor our suppliers can take them back; this will be clearly marked on the products sale page.     What If My Order Arrives Damaged?

    Our products are well-packaged to withstand damage during shipping. We double-box many items, and refuse to carry products that are easily damaged during shipping. If an item looks damaged or parts are missing, you may conveniently request replacement parts. We will make every effort to help you obtain the necessary replacements as quickly as possible at no extra cost to you.

    Our goal is to make buying online easy, safe and efficient. If you decide you do not want parts or a replacement unit, the item can be returned under our standard return policy. If a product arrives damaged, or we made an error, and it cannot be remedied with either a full replacement or replacement parts, we will pay to return the item to us. If your item is problematic due to a manufacturers defect, we can either replace the defective part, or if necessary, the entire unit. We stand behind our products and maintain great relationships with the manufacturers who produce them. If you are having an issue, please contact us and we will make every effort to resolve it.


    Clearance Items Return Information


    If the item you have purchased is a returned product, please be advised that this does mean it might have some signs of wear. The wear is typically the result of the product being previously shipped. Due to this, the item cannot be returned. However, if you received this item and feel there has been a major error or have some other serious issue, please give us a call. We pride ourselves on being fair!.

    Are all products featured on your website in stock?
    We are a distributor for major furniture importers. From time to time our vendors sell out of a particular item and we do our best to inform our clients before they order that an item is out of stock. If however, after your order is placed, we check with the manufacturer and find out that the item is on backorder, you will have the option to cancel your order; if the time frame does not fit in with your expectations. If you have any concerns about an item being in stock we suggest that you call us at 868-652-4438 or you send us an email BEFORE you place an order.

    When is my credit card charged?
    Please note your credit card will be billed as soon as your order is received.

    When will my furniture be delivered?
    We estimate the delivery time to be between 4 to 6 weeks from the time your order is placed. However, in the circumstance that an item you’re your order is in back order, you will be informed. You will also have an option at that point to receive a Gift Certificate or a refund on that item.
